Having graduated from the prestigious Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, with a degree in Finance and a co-major in Technology Management, Zain has a solid academic foundation complemented by practical expertise.
His career trajectory began in the Citibank Citi Operations & Technology Analyst graduate program, where he gained comprehensive exposure to corporate and centralized banking operations. This immersive experience enabled Zain to seamlessly transition into a strategic managerial role within Citi's consumer banking operations unit upon program completion. During his tenure, he demonstrated prowess in managing stakeholder relationships and spearheading process enhancements to drive operational excellence.
In his most recent role as a Manager in the Payment Operations department, Zain showcased his ability to execute complex settlements with precision while leading process reengineering initiatives. His proactive approach ensured seamless transitions during organizational changes, exemplified by his leadership in reworking processes related to Dual Currency Accounts.
Zain's expertise extends beyond traditional banking operations. During his time in the Operations & Technology Analyst Program, he also played key project management roles supporting Derivative Operations and Third-Party Risk Management. In these capacities, Zain exhibited a commitment to precision and excellence, driving continuity of business projects and implementing technological solutions to mitigate operational risks effectively.

GLORIA started her career in a boutique law practice located in Kuala Lumpur, in association with Gateway Law Corporation, Singapore and NG Partnership; and continued her career in Tuang, Chu & Co. She built a strong reputation in both contentious and noncontentious intellectual property matters, corporate and commercial law, family law, employment law, immigration law, and bankruptcy.
One of Gloria's pivotal role is her qualification as a licensed company secretary, which enriches her profile significantly. Her role transcends traditional legal boundaries, encompassing the meticulous establishment and incorporation of private companies and representative offices in Malaysia. Gloria’s expertise doesn't stop there; she diligently advises these companies on their contractual obligations, meticulously navigates employment-related matters, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
On the intellectual property front, Gloria played an active role in advising a wide array of clients which includes inventors, start-up businesses, entrepreneurs, and government agencies in planning and devising effective intellectual property strategies to maximize their business potential. She also managed intellectual property portfolios for many multi-national corporations and assisted to have these maintained both locally and internationally.
Additionally, Gloria worked on establishing and incorporating of private companies and representative offices in Malaysia. She also advised these companies on their contractual obligations and employment-related matters. She also assisted multi-national corporations with their share transfers and restructuring.
